COVID-19 Pandemic
Pursuant to the order of reference of Monday, April 20, 2020, the committee commenced its study of the COVID-19 pandemic.

It was agreed, — That the committee observe a moment of silence to commemorate the National Day of Mourning for workers killed or injured at work.

Ministerial Announcements

Patty Hajdu, Minister of Health, made an announcement.

Presenting Petitions

Petitions certified by the Clerk of Petitions were presented by Garnett Genuis, Kevin Lamoureux, Gord Johns, Paul Manly and Scott Reid.

Questions to Ministers

The committee proceeded to the questioning of ministers in respect of the COVID-19 pandemic.

At 2:12 p.m., Bruce Stanton took the Chair.

At 2:18 p.m., Anthony Rota took the Chair.

At 2:59 p.m., pursuant to the order of reference of Monday, April 20, 2020, the committee adjourned until Wednesday, April 29, 2020, at 12:00 p.m.
