Pursuant to the order of reference of Thursday, February 6, 2020, the committee resumed consideration of Bill C-4, An Act to implement the Agreement between Canada, the United States of America and the United Mexican States.

Eddy Peréz, by videoconference from Arusha, Tanzania, Kevin Jacobi, by videoconference from Niagara Falls, Ontario, and Jim Tully made statements and answered questions.

At 5:00 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:07 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Brian P. McGuire, by videoconference from Schaumburg, Illinois, Greg Johnston, by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, Angella MacEwen and Garry Neil made statements and answered questions.

At 6:23 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 6:38 p.m., the sitting resumed.

On motion of Randy Hoback, it was agreed, — That the committee proceed to sit in camera.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 8:37 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
