Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, June 12, 2018, the Committee resumed its briefing session on regional geopolitical and military interests in the context of Russian hostility and aggression.

The Committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on National Defence adduce the evidence received from meetings 102 and 115 concerning the Canada and the Ukraine Crisis to incorporate into the study on regional geopolitical and military interests in the context of Russian hostility and aggression.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Responding to Russian Aggression Against Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia in the Black Sea Region".

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

It was agreed, — That a news release be prepared by the analysts and the Clerk, in consultation with the Chair and two Vice-Chairs, for publication on the Committee's website and for distribution upon presentation of the report to the House.

At 5:26 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
