Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee proceeded to a briefing on the use and misuse of INTERPOL.

C/Supt Scott Doran made a statement and, with Sgt Ross Cameron, answered questions.

At 9:48 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:51 a.m., the sitting resumed.

William Browder, by videoconference from London, United Kingdom, and Garry Kasparov, by teleconference from, New York, New York, made statements.

At 10:14 a.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

Marcus Kolga made a statement.

At 10:16 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
