Pursuant to Standing Order 32(5), the Committee resumed consideration of the report of the Chief Electoral Officer entitled "An Electoral Framework for the 21st Century: Recommendations from the Chief Electoral Officer of Canada Following the 42nd General Election", referred to the Committee on Tuesday, September 27, 2016.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to this study, officials from Elections Canada be invited to attend meetings when the Committee is considering a draft report.

The witnesses answered questions.

At 12:55 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
