The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 11:38 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:42 a.m., the sitting resumed.

It was agreed, — That the Committee invite Charles Robert, Clerk of the House of Commons, and Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat officials to appear on Tuesday, November 20, 2018, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., in relation to the study of the question of privilege related to the matter of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police publications respecting Bill C-71, An Act to amend certain Acts and Regulations in relation to firearms; and that, following those appearances, the Committee proceed to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a report.

At 11:46 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
