Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, May 23, 2018, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill C-76, An Act to amend the Canada Elections Act and other Acts and to make certain consequential amendments.

Vivian Krause, Gary Rozon, Anna Di Carlo and Talis Brauns made statements and answered questions.

Marc Chénier made a statement and answered questions.

At 7:53 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $39,700, for the study of Bill C-76, be adopted.

At 8:00 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 8:35 p.m., the sitting resumed.

John C. Turmel and Brian Marlatt made statements and answered questions.

At 9:05 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

At 9:20 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
