Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of diversity within the Canadian Armed Forces.

Charles Lamarre, Jean-Marc Lanthier, Luc Cassivi and Rebecca Patterson made statements and answered questions.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That notwithstanding the motion of Thursday, February 18, 2016 concerning attendance at in camera meetings, that for the meeting of Tuesday, February 26, 2019 only, certain individuals related to the study concerning a Briefing Session on Canada and the Ukraine Crisis be allowed to remain in the Committee room to hear the testimony.

At 5:24 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
