It was agreed, — That the draft report be adopted.
It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: “Committee Activities and Expenditures – April 1, 2017 – August 31, 2017”.
It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and Analyst be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.
ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.
It was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the motion adopted on Wednesday, February 24, 2016, the membership of the Subcommittee on Committee Budgets shall be the Chair and the Vice-Chair of the Committee, as well as three other Government members, and one other member of the Official Opposition, as appointed by their respective whips.
Eric Janse, Ian McDonald, Jean-Philippe Brochu and Marcus Pistor made a presentation and answered questions.
At 1:35 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
