Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, June 8, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of counselling and other mental health supports for jurors.

Shauna Jobagy, by videoconference from Medicine Hat, Alberta, and Dora Newcombe, by videoconference from Edmonton, Alberta, made statements and answered questions.

At 4:31 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:36 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Julia Beliecka and Shannon Jensen, by videoconference from Whitehorse, Yukon, made statements and, with Claude Bourque, by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, answered questions.

At 5:26 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
