Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, October 26, 2016, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill S-201, An Act to prohibit and prevent genetic discrimination.

Cindy Forbes and Gail Graham made statements and, with Cécile Bensimon, answered questions.

At 12:14 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:25 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the Committee commence the clause-by-clause consideration of Bill S-201 on Thursday, December 1st, 2016 and that the members submit to the Clerk all of their proposed amendments no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 28, 2016.

At 12:29 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
