Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, September 28, 2016, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill C-247, An Act to amend the Criminal Code (passive detection device).

Daryl Mayers made a statement and answered questions.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.
