Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, April 16, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of the impacts of methamphetamine abuse in Canada.

Peter Butt, by videoconference from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Réjean Thomas, by vidéoconference from Montréal, Québec, John Pearce, by videoconference from Sarnia, Ontario, and Eileen de Villa, by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, made statements and, with Jayne Caldwell, by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, answered questions.

At 5:07 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
