Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, January 30, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of the current state of Department of Fisheries and Oceans' small craft harbours.

Alex Patterson, by videoconference from Wawa, Ontario, and Todd Russell made statements and answered questions.

At 12:01 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:03 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Tim Wentzell, by videoconference from Dartmouth, Ontario, and Frank Mauro, by videoconference from Garden Bay, British Columbia, made statements and answered questions.

At 12:03 p.m., Todd Doherty took the Chair.

At 12:06 p.m., Ken McDonald took the Chair.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $33,300.00, for the study of M-154, Situation of Endangered Whales, be adopted.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 1:00 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
