Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vii) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Wednesday, November 22, 2017, the Committee resumed its study on net neutrality.

It was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the Committee routine motion on staff and members attending in camera proceedings, adopted on Thursday, February 4, 2016, students be permitted to attend the in camera portion of the meeting.

The Committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a report.
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the analysts and the Clerk of the Committee, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a custom paragraph for the study on the privacy implications of implementing digital government services and publish it on the Committee’s website.

At 9:15 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
