Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Tuesday, June 7, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of electoral reform.

Mr. Kingsley made a statement and answered questions.

At 4:16 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:20 p.m., the sitting resumed, in camera

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to the motion adopted in the House on Tuesday, June 7, 2016, requiring the Committee to invite Members to conduct a town hall in their constituency, the toolkit presented by the Committee's staff be adopted and sent to the Members of the House of Commons.

At 4:26 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
