Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Wednesday, October 25, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of a potential agreement between Canada and the Pacific Alliance: consulting Canadians.

Carlo Dade, Brian Innes and David Lomas, by videoconference from Saint John, New Brunswick, made statements and answered questions.

At 9:36 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:38 a.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 9:57 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:01 a.m., the sitting resumed in a public and televised session.
