Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Wednesday, October 25, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of a potential agreement between Canada and the Pacific Alliance.

Mark Wessel, by videoconference from Calgary, Alberta, Brian Kingston and Francesca Rhodes made statements and, with Kate Higgins, answered questions.

At 9:35 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:45 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Erin Hannah, Brendan Marshall and Jean-François Perrault made statements and answered questions.

At 10:44 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
