Cindy Simard, Pierre Harvey and Robyn Smith, by videoconference from Vancouver, British Columbia, made statements and, with Jean-Philippe Nadeau and Michelle Hoar, by videoconference from Vancouver, British Columbia, answered questions.

At 12:05 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:09 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Robert Picard, by videoconference from Boston, Massachusetts, made a statement and answered questions.

At 1:00 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
