Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, November 9, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of barriers to transition and measurable outcomes of successful transition.

Oliver Thorne, by videoconference from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Mark Fuchko and Nora Spinks, made statements and answered questions.

At 12:13 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:19 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Debbie Lowther and Noel Lipana made statements and answered questions.

At 1:02 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
