At 11:49 a.m., Robert Kitchen took the Chair.

At 12:27 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 12:34 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.
It was agreed, — That in relation to the study of Service Delivery to Veterans, the proposed budget in the amount of $49,466.00, for the Committee’s travel to London (Ontario), Toronto (Ontario) and Montréal (Québec), in Spring of 2016, be adopted.
At 12:43 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
