Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee commenced its study of the subject matter of the Main Estimates 2019-20: Votes 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 under Department of Veterans Affairs, and Vote 1 under Veterans Review and Appeal Board.

Minister MacAulay made a statement and, with Walter Natynczyk, answered questions.

At 5:02 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:05 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Charlotte Bastien, Michel Doiron, Elizabeth Stuart and Steven Harris answered questions.

At 5:31 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
