Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee commenced its study of the subject matter of the Supplementary Estimates (A), 2018-19: Votes 1a and 5a under Department of Veterans Affairs and Vote 1a under Veterans Review and Appeal Board.

The Minister made a statement and, with Walter Natynczyk, answered questions.

At 4:29 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:34 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Michel Doiron, Charlotte Bastien, Elizabeth Stuart and Bernard Butler answered questions.

At 5:30 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
