Members of the Committee present: Hon. Sue Barnes, Garry Breitkreuz, Gord Brown, Hon. Raymond Chan, Joe Comartin, Hon. Roy Cullen, Laurie Hawn, Dave MacKenzie, Serge Ménard and Rick Norlock. |

In attendance: Library of Parliament: Lyne Casavant, Analyst; Philip Rosen, Principal. |
