I would like to call this meeting to order.

Our first order of business is to elect the vice-chair. I'm going to turn it over to the clerk.

Honourable members, we have quorum.

Pursuant to Standing Order 107(2), the first item of business is to elect a vice-chair. I'm ready to receive motions to that effect.

Hon. Shawn Murphy (Charlottetown, Lib.):

I nominate Yasmin Ratansi.

The Clerk:

We have a motion that Mrs. Ratansi be elected vice-chair of the committee

The Chair:

I would like to move that Ms. Ratansi be added to the list of members of the Subcommittee on Committee Budgets.
