The Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade met at 9:16 a.m. this day, in Room 200, West Block, the Chair, Bill Graham, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Jean Augustine, Aileen Carroll, Bill Casey, Rick Casson, Bill Graham, John Harvard, Marlene Jennings, Francine Lalonde, Diane Marleau, Pierre Paquette, Bernard Patry.
Associate Member present: Mac Harb.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee proceeded to meet with the Delegation from the Political Affairs Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
The Chair, Andras Barsony and Terry Davis made opening statements and with, the other Members and delegates, exchanged views.
At 11:43 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
