The Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade met at 3:38 p.m. this day, in Room 362, East Block, the Chair, Bill Graham, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Jean Augustine, Bill Graham, Francine Lalonde, Svend Robinson, Bob Speller.
Acting Member present: Pauline Picard for Maud Debien.
From the Parliamentary Research Branch of the Library of Parliament: Gerald Schmitz and James Lee, Research Officers.
Witnesses: From CARE Canada: Nancy Gordon, Deputy Executive Director. From the Canadian Centre for International Studies and Cooperation: Yvan Conoir, Spokesperson. From Doctors Without Borders: Richard Denham, Spokesperson.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee resumed its examination of the conflict and post-conflict periods in Kosovo (See Minutes of Proceedings, Thursday, February 10, 2000, Meeting No. 19.)
Nancy Gordon, Yvan Conoir and Richard Denham each made an opening statement and answered questions.
At 5:04 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
