M-451 Rail safety

Motion Text

That, in the opinion of the House, the government should improve rail safety in Canada by immediately mandating voice and video recorders in locomotive cabs, as well as an automatic braking system such as Positive Train Control, to protect the lives of travelling Canadians and railway employees.
