By package	Not available.	Request process starts when election is called, packages must be returned by close of voting. Voting package requests from residents are collected at the site. Customized voting packages are delivered to the facility by courier; one for each voter who requested Voters complete their voting packages and either return individually by mail or hold for bulk pick-up by DEO. Assisted telephone	Not available.	Voting occurs over a period of approximately two weeks, ending on Voting Day at 4 p.m. Available to voters with a current registration record.
