| agrees with amendments 1, 2(d), 2(e), 2(f), 3 and 4 made by the Senate; | accepte les amendements 1, 2d), 2e), 2f), 3 et 4 apportés par le Sénat; |
| respectfully disagrees with amendment 2(a) because it indirectly amends the immigration legal framework through a criminal law statute and would treat impaired driving offences differently from other serious criminal offences, including other transportation offences; | rejette respectueusement l’amendement 2a) parce que celui-ci constitue une modification indirecte du cadre juridique en matière d’immigration par voie d’une disposition législative en matière criminelle et aurait pour effet de traiter les infractions de conduite avec capacités affaiblies différemment des autres infractions criminelles graves, notamment d’autres infractions liées aux moyens de transport; |
