Pursuant to Order made Wednesday, September 16, 2009, the Order was read for consideration of a Ways and Means motion to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on January 27, 2009 and to implement other measures (Sessional Paper No. 8570-402-14), notice of which was laid upon the Table on Monday, September 14, 2009.
