M-9 Public hearings on outsourcing

That, in the opinion of the House, the government should conduct public hearings of the views of Canadians and stakeholders on privacy concerns relating to the outsourcing of work in the public and private sectors to companies in foreign countries or their subsidiaries located in Canada.
