The Standing Committee on
Public Safety and National Security
On Wednesday, May 5, 2021, the committee adopted the following motion:
That the committee order Correctional Service Canada to produce all documents, briefing notes and memoranda since November 30, 2019, regarding the implementation of Structured Intervention Units to comply with the amended Corrections and Conditional Release Act, and that the documents be provided to the committee in both official languages and without redactions with the exception of information regarding the identity of individuals who should instead be identified by a unique number, by June 2, 2021.
The committee is pleased to make available, in printable format, the following documents which were submitted in response to the committee's motion:
