| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Wednesday, March 10, 2021, your committee has considered Bill C-205, An Act to amend the Health of Animals Act, and agreed on Thursday, June 17, 2021, to report it with the following amendments: Clause 1 That Bill C-205, in Clause 1, be amended by replacing line 6 on page 1 with the following: “9.1 No person shall” That Bill C-205, in Clause 1, be amended by replacing lines 8 and 9 on page 1 with the following: “are kept, or take in any animal or thing, knowing that or being reckless as to whether entering such a place or taking in the animal or thing could reasonably result in the exposure of the an‐” |
