The Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs met in camera at 11:52 a.m. this day, in Room 112-N, Centre Block, the Chair, Joe Preston, presiding.

Members of the Committee present: Scott Armstrong, Nathan Cullen, Alexandrine Latendresse, Tom Lukiwski, Dave MacKenzie, Costas Menegakis, Joe Preston, Scott Reid, Craig Scott and Nycole Turmel.

Acting Members present: Hon. Stéphane Dion for Hon. Dominic LeBlanc, Richard M. Harris for Tom Lukiwski and Bryan Hayes for Parm Gill.

In attendance: Library of Parliament: Andre Barnes, Analyst ; Michel Bédard, Analyst.

Pursuant to Standing Order 32(5), the Committee resumed its study of the report of the Federal Electoral Boundaries Commission for Saskatchewan 2012, referred to the Committee on Monday, January 28, 2013.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

Pursuant to Standing Order 32(5), the Committee resumed its study of the report of the Federal Electoral Boundaries Commission for British Columbia 2012, referred to the Committee on Monday, January 28, 2013.
