| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Thursday, June 21, 2012, your Committee has considered Bill C-27, An Act to enhance the financial accountability and transparency of First Nations, and agreed on Monday, November 5, 2012, to report it with the following amendments: | Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du jeudi 21 juin 2012, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-27, Loi visant à accroître l'obligation redditionnelle et la transparence des Premières Nations en matière financière, et a convenu le lundi 5 novembre 2012, d’en faire rapport avec les amendements suivants : |

““consolidated financial statements” means the financial statements of a First Nation — prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles — in which the assets, liabilities, equity, income, expenses and cash flows of the First Nation and of those entities that are required by those principles to be included are presented as those of a single economic entity, as if the First Nation were a government reporting on its financial information. ” | « « dépenses » Vise notamment les frais de transport, d’hébergement, de repas et d’accueil ainsi que les dépenses accessoires. » |
