Pursuant to Standing Order 32(1.1), messages received from the Senate were deposited with the Clerk of the House on Monday, June 28, 2010, as follows:

— ORDERED: That a message be sent to the House of Commons to acquaint that House that the Senate has passed Bill C-23A, An Act to amend the Criminal Records Act, without amendment.
— ORDERED: That a message be sent to the House of Commons to acquaint that House that the Senate has passed Bill C-24, An Act to amend the First Nations Commercial and Industrial Development Act and another Act in consequence thereof, without amendment.
