— ORDERED: That a message be sent to the House of Commons to acquaint that House that the Senate has passed Bill C-7, An Act to amend the Marine Liability Act and the Federal Courts Act and to make consequential amendments to other Acts, without amendment.

A message was received informing the Commons that on June 23, 2009, at 5:12 p.m., Her Excellency the Governor General signified Royal Assent by written declaration to the following Bills:

Un message est reçu avisant les Communes que le 23 juin 2009, à 17 h 12, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale a octroyé la sanction royale par déclaration écrite aux projets de loi suivants :

Projet de loi C-7, Loi modifiant la Loi sur la responsabilité en matière maritime, la Loi sur les Cours fédérales et d'autres lois en conséquence — Chapitre no 21;
