At 11:00 a.m., pursuant to Standing Order 30(6), the House proceeded to the consideration of Private Members' Business.

The House resumed consideration of the motion of Mr. Masse (Windsor West), seconded by Mr. Cullen (Skeena—Bulkley Valley), — That Bill C-273, An Act to amend the Competition Act and the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (right to repair), be now read a second time and referred to the Standing Committee on Industry, Science and Technology.

The debate continued.

At 12:00 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 93, the Speaker interrupted the proceedings.
