SECOND REPORT	DEUXIÈME RAPPORT
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee has considered matters related to the federal employee compensation delivery system raised in the Third Report of the Standing Committee on Government Operations and Estimates in the Second session of the 39th Parliament, entitled “The right pay for valuable employees”. The Committee has adopted that report, which is appended, as its report in the current session.	Conformément au paragraphe 108(2) du Règlement, le Comité a examiné les questions touchant le système de rémunération du gouvernement fédéral qui ont été soulevées dans le troisième rapport présenté par le Comité permanent des opérations gouvernementales et des prévisions budgétaires durant la 2^e session de la 39^e législature, rapport institulé : « Payer nos employés (es) à leur juste valeur ». Le Comité a adopté ce rapport, qui est annexé, en tant que rapport de la session courante.
Pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee requests that the Government table a comprehensive response to the Report.	Conformément à l’article 109 du Règlement, le Comité demande que le gouvernement dépose une réponse détaillée à ce rapport.
A copy of the relevant Minutes of Proceedings (Meeting No. 18) is tabled.	Un exemplaire du Procès-verbal pertinent (séance no 18) est déposé.
