| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Wednesday, November 22, 2006, your Committee has considered Bill C-303, An Act to establish criteria and conditions in respect of funding for early learning and child care programs in order to ensure the quality, accessibility, universality and accountability of those programs, and to appoint a council to advise the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development on matters relating to early learning and child care, and agreed on Thursday, May 17, 2007, to report it with the following amendments: | Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du mercredi 22 novembre 2006, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-303, Loi prévoyant les critères et les conditions de l'octroi de fonds pour les programmes d'apprentissage et de garde des jeunes enfants afin d'en assurer la qualité, l'accessibilité, l'universalité et la reddition de comptes, et établissant un conseil chargé de conseiller le ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences sur les questions relatives aux services d'apprentissage et de garde des jeunes enfants, et a convenu le jeudi 17 mai 2007, d’en faire rapport avec les amendements suivants : |
