| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Tuesday, December 14, 2004, your Committee has considered Bill S-17, An Act to implement an agreement, conventions and protocols concluded between Canada and Gabon, Ireland, Armenia, Oman and Azerbaijan for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion, and agreed on Wednesday, February 2, 2005, to report it without amendment. | Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du mardi 14 décembre 2004, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi S-17, Loi mettant en œuvre un accord, des conventions et des protocoles conclus entre le Canada et le Gabon, l'Irlande, l'Arménie, Oman et l'Azerbaïdjan en vue d'éviter les doubles impositions et de prévenir l'évasion fiscale, et a convenu le mercredi 2 février 2005, d’en faire rapport sans amendement. |
