The Standing Committee on Finance met at 4:34 p.m. this day, in Room 701 La Promenade Building, the Chair, Roy Cullen, presiding.
Witnesses: Department of Finance: Patrick Halley, Senior Economist, International Trade Policy Division. Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade: Andrew Moroz, Director, Trade Control Policy Division. Department of Finance: Emmy Verdun, Director, International Trade Policy Division.
|Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, February 25, 2004, the Committee commenced consideration of Bill C-21, An Act to amend the Customs Tariff.|
Hon. Denis Paradis made a statement and, with Emmy Verdun, answered questions.
