Subcommittee on International Trade, Trade Disputes and Investment of the
Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade met at 3:45 p.m.
this day, in Room 209, West Block, the Chair, Mac Harb, presiding.
Members of the
Sub-Committee present:
Stéphane Bergeron, Mark Eyking, Mac Harb, Pat O'Brien, Bob Speller.
Acting Members present: Murray Calder for Tony Valeri; John Duncan for Rick Casson.
In attendance: From the Research Branch of the

Robert Greenhill, President and Chief Operating Officer. From Grain Growers
of Canada: Ken Bee, President; Cam Dahl, Executive Director. From the
University of Toronto: Wendy Dobson, Professor of International Business,
