FIRST REPORT	PREMIER RAPPORT
In accordance with its Order of Reference of Friday, October 25, 2002, your Committee has considered Bill C-15, An Act to amend the Lobbyists Registration Act, and agreed on Tuesday, December 3, 2002, to report it without amendment.	Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du vendredi 25 octobre 2002, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-15, Loi modifiant la Loi sur l'enregistrement des lobbyistes, et a convenu le mardi 3 décembre 2002, d'en faire rapport sans amendement.
A copy of the relevant Minutes of Proceedings (Meetings Nos. 3,5, 6 and 7) is tabled.	Un exemplaire des Procès-verbaux pertinent (réunions n^os 3, 5, 6 et 7) est déposé.
