The Standing Committee on Finance met at 8:03 a.m. this day, in the Conference B & C Room, Sheraton Centre Hotel, Toronto, Ontario, the Chair, Sue Barnes, presiding.

 

Members of the Committee present: Sue Barnes, Scott Brison, Maria Minna, Shawn Murphy, Pierre Paquette, Gary Pillitteri, Monte Solberg, Judy Wasylycia-Leis and Bryon Wilfert.

Pursuant to Standing Order 83(1), the Committee resumed its pre-budget consultations.
 

Panel I: Hilary Short, Michael Van Every, Catherine Wilson, John Morrissey and Peter Currie made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

 

At 9:23 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:29 a.m., the sitting resumed.

 

Panel II : Robert Elliott, David Campbell, Elyse Allan, Hon. Allan Redway, David Peters, Matt Ferguson, Suzan Pigott and John Stapleton made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

 

At 11:06 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:12 a.m., the sitting resumed.
