The Standing Committee on Industry, Science and Technology met in camera at 9:05 a.m. this day, in Room 209, West Block, the Chair, Walt Lastewka, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Larry Bagnell, Stéphane Bergeron, Bev Desjarlais, Brian Fitzpatrick, Cheryl Gallant, Walt Lastewka, Serge Marcil, James Rajotte, Andy Savoy, Brent St. Denis and Paddy Torsney.
In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Dan Shaw, Lalita Acharya and James McQueen, Research Officers.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee resumed its consideration of its study on the Three Federal Granting Agencies, Peer Review Funding, and the Canada Research Chairs Program (See Minutes of Proceedings, Tuesday, October 16, 2001, Meeting No. 39).
At 11:58 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
