The Standing Committee on Industry, Science and Technology met in camera at 9:17 a.m. this day, in Room 308, West Block, the Chair, Walt Lastewka, presiding.

Members of the Committee present: Larry Bagnell, Stéphane Bergeron, Bev Desjarlais, Walt Lastewka, Serge Marcil, Dan McTeague, Charlie Penson, Brent St. Denis, Paddy Torsney and Joseph Volpe.

In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Dan Shaw and Geoffrey P. Kieley, Research Officers.

Pursuant to the Committee's mandate under Standing Order 108(2), the Committee resumed consideration of a draft report Competition Law and Policy (See Minutes of Proceedings, Tuesday, December 4th, 2001, Meeting No. 59).

At 10:55 a.m., the sitting was suspended.
