The Standing Committee on Fisheries and Oceans met in a video recorded session at 8:32 a.m. this day, in Salon A of the Delta Hotel in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, the Chair, Wayne Easter, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Andy Burton, Rodger Cuzner, Wayne Easter, Loyola Hearn, James Lunney, Bill Matthews, Jean-Yves Roy, Peter Stoffer, Tom Wappel.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee resumed its study of the implications of extending Canada's Exclusive Economic Zone to include the Nose and Tail of the Grand Banks and the Flemish Cap (See Minutes of Proceedings of Monday, March 11, 2002, Meeting No. 42).
