The Standing Committee on Finance met at the Toronto Marriott Eaton Centre Hotel at 1:36 p.m., the Chair, Maurizio Bevilacqua, presiding.

 

Members of the Committee present: Maurizio Bevilacqua, Carolyn Bennett, Scott Brison, Roy Cullen, Albina Guarnieri, Jason Kenney, Shawn Murphy, Lorne Nystrom, Monte Solberg.

Pursuant to Standing Order 83.1, the Committee continued its study of Pre-Budget Consultations.

 

Peter Krause, Michael Shapcott, Musonda Kidd, Paul Mondell and Bill Jenkins made statements and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

 

At 3:10 o'clock p.m., the sitting was suspended.

 

At 3:18 o'clock p.m., the sitting resumed.

 

Keith Ambachtsheer, William A. Easton, Tom O'Shaughnessy, Kevin Connolly, Joseph Polito, Maylane Maybee and Dennis Howlett made statements and answered questions.

 

At 3:50 o'clock p.m., Roy Cullen took the Chair.

 

At 4:12 o'clock p.m., Maurizio Bevilacqua took the Chair.
